Seek general info on Pennsylvania Tough families.

Specifically I'm looking for info on Maria, Mary or Anna Tough, b. abt. 1790 in PA. She m. John Altman (b. abt. 1887) in the early 1820s. For awhile they lived in Armstrong Co. where they attended St Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church (which subsequently burned down).
