The Wonch Family came from Hamburg, Germany on the "Henrich Georg" and the " Catriana" arriving in Pennsylvania and New York City. They were supposed to aquire land in Gennesse Straits but after that fell through they moved on to York, Ontario, Canada. There, a deal was made for land in Markham, Ontario, Canada.
