Looking for ancestors of my gr-grandfather Mathew Turner, 1837-1892. His father was William Turner b 1799 in Pennsylvania, d. 1870 Ft Randall, Dakota Territory. His wife's name was Margaret (unknown maiden name). I need to find William's parents' names

If I can get his parents' names, hopefully I can get further back and eventually find the connection to England. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
