Children from William James to Henry all born Boconnoc

it does say 8 children born 8 alive but as you can see there is only 7 listed I wonder where the other child is?

You should be able to find the GRO references for the children on the BMD site, it's free to search.

http://www.freebmd.org.uk

There are two William James Keast registered in Liskeard for 1899 one in Apr/May/Jun Quarter & one in Jul/Aug/Sep Quarter

The marriage reference for James Keast & Edith Maud Harris is also there, March 1897 Liskeard.

I found this in the OPC Cornwall for Edith
