My Barnes line, I believe started in NC and the earliest records of my grgrgrandfathers is 1824, 1829 KY. Enoch and Eli Barnes, they were in Des Moines, IA after that, then in Dekalb County Missouri, then Lafayette County Missouri. I don't know their father's name,or if they themselves had siblings. I believe when Eli Barnes went to Lafayette County Missouri after Dekalb County Missouri, that Enoch Barnes and his family went to Kansas. Anyone know anything from this line? Photos would be awesome.
