I can find two : Sarah Horwood, Bedminster, Somerset, 1840 Q1 11 69 and Sarah Ann Horwood, Yeovil, Somerset, 1848 Q1 10 481

On the marriage register for her union with George Horwood, one of the witnesses was Thomas Horwood, so that is a start.
I am not familiar with the Q numbers you quoted, what are they please?

If you want to order the certificates you will need the region,the year, the Q number (q1 = jan-feb-mar, Q2 = aprl-may-jun, q3 = jul-aug-sep, q4 = oct-nov-dec) pageand volume. so the first number I gave would be for certificate 3Somerset, 1840, Q1 1169

To order these you need to go to the site listed below, one you have registered (free) you can order copy certificates at 9.75 pounds sterling each including postage.
