I know my grand-father Irwin Gillespie lived at Rockbank from 1908, was a farmer, and had 9 boys to his first wife, and another son to his subsequent wife, Elsie (nee Watson), whom he married in 1923.

On the electoral Roll at Corio in 1924 I found 3 living at Rockbank, all farmers. Erwin Albert Gillespie, Edwin Stewart Gillespie and Clyde Stewart Gillespie. That's Erwin with an E. no women perhaps she was under 21.
