I have traced my family tree as far as I can in scotlandspeople website and obtained copies of Births, Marriages and Deaths. I have records of my G4 Grandfather Robert STEWART marrying Janet BRUCE from Tulliallan on 20 Dec 1751 at Tulliallan. Janet was born in Tulliallan. The only record of my G4 Grandfather is his marriage date
Their children were:
Helen born 22 Feb 1753, Isobel born 19 Dec 1754, William B born 17 Oct 1756, John born 1 Apr 1759, William born 2 Nov 1760, Janet born 28 Sept 1762, Robert - see above, James born 14 Dec 1766, Walter born 20 Jan 1769, Mary born 22 Oct 1771 and finally Betty born 6 Nov 1774. The location of all these births and the wedding is Tulliallan.
Does anyone recognise this family? Does anyone have any information on them e.g. Birthdate of Robert, Birthplace of Robert, any predecessors of Robert? Does anyone know how I could trace their address e.g. school records? I live in Northern Ireland but would love to come to Tulliallan if I had any clues regarding tracing this part of my family.
