Looking for DUNCAN's in Floyd Co., Virginia

I have found several in Floyd, Virginia, that arrived from Scottland. But I feel that several are missing from all early census records, (which I use alond with other books,) to locate informatin. I have done my research well locating ansesters as far back as 1405.

My name is William Roscoe DUNCAN, b. 11-27-1948 Hinton, WV.
Father Harless Roscoe DUNCAN, b. 12-10-1921 d. 9-9-1963 b. & d. Christiansburg, VA
+m. Jun 1945 Arvellia Marie SHAFFER b. 10-05-1926 Ramp, WV.
His parents: Wyite Roscoe DUNCAN b. 24-01-1898 Floyd, VA
+m. 21-11-1920 Malinda Susanna DUNCAN b.11-07-1898 Floyd, VA

I have about 3,500 names in my tree at the present. (Still adding every day).

Any help will be great. I may even be able to help others looking for their ancestors "DUNCAN".

Dauphin County Pennsylvania
Oldest relative I have found is William Duncan b. 1824 to abt 1896 married to Catharine 1828-71 with children John 1848-60, Hiram 1849-60, William b 1848 married to Mary Ann, Margaret b. 1855, David 1857-71, Alice b. 1860, Katy 1864-65, Grant 1866-67, Miren 1869-70. Appears he then married Sarah 1841-94 and had Anna b. 1869 and Flora b. 1876. Have now hit dead end...Any help will be Greatly Appreciated.
