Have found him in the UK
1891 census with parents and 6 elder siblings.
Again in 1901 with widowed mother and 5 elder siblings
Then in 1911 census aged22 still with widowed mother and 3 elder brothers
There is a record of a war death in 1942 but that is for Edgar F Fulford who also shows up in the 1911 census as Edward Frank born in Wiltshire in 1891

There are two marriage records again one I think is for Edgar Frank Fulton as it is in Wiltshire, the other is in London, Westminster
Edgar Fulford to Hildegarde D Lowenthal: 1936 Q4 1A 1054 : if it is him it means he was 47 when he married

If you want the census information let me know

You can order copy certificated from the website shown below. Joining the site is free and the cost of certificates is about 9.75 pounds sterling including postage. The numbers They ask for names, year, Q (quarter ie jan feb mar = Q1) Volume and page numbers. A marriage certificate will give you obviously the names of the bride and groom, their ages, the state (widow, spinster etc) fathers name and occupation.
