looking for family of Horatio Nelson Carrington (1803-1845)

I am researching the story of (Manxman) Horatio Nelson CARRINGTON, one of the first solicitors admitted to practice in the Port Phillip Colony (Melbourne) in 1841. His legal careerr was quite tempetuous. He died in Windsor NSW leaving a widow and 5 children. Does anyone know anything of his story?
