My 3xgrandfather was Hugh SPEIR married to Margaret CRAWFORD( several spellings)
One of their daughters Mary SPEIR married James FLECK in West Kilbride, Ayrshire,Scotland 27/12/1811.
They emigrated to Nova Scotia 1819.

from 1826 -- 1920 - Also on --> genforum.genealogy.com/fleck/ their is a lot of info . could be worth a look
