My grandfather Gustav was born and raised in the Pommeran area of Germany and came to the United States by way of Nova Scotia, with his wife Emily (Friske) and young son Hugo, around 1891-92, my father Paul william Frederick Dallman was the first born in the United States in 1893, there were 7 children born to Gustav and Emily, they started their new life in Minnesota where Gustav worked on the railroad, living in several towns in southern Minnesota and finally residing in the Estherville area in Iowa. We have been hoping to find some missing pieces to the family such as brothers/sisters of Gustav, when coming to Minnesota who did he stay with while there, were there any family members here already? All immediate family members are gone now so we need your help and putting together some loose ends. Please help if you can. Thank you.
