My name is Michael Halliwell, Prince George, BC, Canada
My mother was Ivy Eileen Halliwell (ne Hodder) 1915 - 1976. Her father was George Albert Hodder, 1884 - 1964. I am looking for any information on the Hodder family and on Jane Crouch, 1831 - 1903 of Croydon, Surrey who was her great grandmother.

mc_hwell1 on 2012-11-01 16:54:23Hi Gilly , it is really nice to here from you. I am slowly reconnecting with my mother's family but it has been a long time. Living such a long way from England makes keeping up with family events difficult. I am in contact with Gaynor Mulvey and Wendy King and Ruth Madeline Hodder in Manitoba so I have been slowly finding out some things. I was sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. Unfortunately I have never met any of my Mom's siblings. I have also recently made contact with Arthur Brighton who is our grandmother's great nephew, I think.

Hi my name is Gillian Hodder Ivy was my auntie her brother dennis hodder was my father he sadly died earlier this year.
there is a few of the hodder family here in ellesmere port including sidney who is Ivy's other brother my uncle.
