Archibald Allisdair Matheson was a flying officer in the RNZAF with the Number 692 squadron in 1944.
He was shot down over Germany 7th November 1944 - he was 29 years old

I would like to know about his wife Ethel Jeanie Smith who was living in Featherston, Wairarapa at the time of his death
Did they have any children? etc

I would also like to know more about his parents: Duncan Matheson b. 1875 - died 1931 and Beatrice Ann McPhee b.1893 died 1965 they both lived and died in Carterton
At this time I only have 2 children for them - Archibald, as above and also Donald Hugh Matheson, b.1916 and died 1961. Was married to Amy Hurley - did they have any children?
