I am seeking information on Helen Seguer(Mignery) and her husband Charles Emile or Emile that immigrated from the France to New Bedford, MA around 1900. Many members of both families Mignery and Seguer came from a small village located somewhere near the Alps (as the story was told to me). I am seeking information on village emigrated from, family members, etc.
