I am currently researching (or trying to anyway) my fathers side of the family. I haven't made it very far since I hit brick walls when I try. Here's what I do know...
My great grandfathers name was George Willis Ditterline (I have also seen it as Willis George Ditterline) and my great grandmothers name was Lillie Bell Barley. I know they had approx 13 children, but I am only able to come up with about 5. The family seems to be from the southern Illinois area (shawneetown).
