what I want is information on my grandfather on my dad's side who came from Zaislaiu/Zosle in Lithuania in the 1800's

What I want to find out what his parents names and sisters or brothers name, and what their occupations were, and why they got out of lithuania? and if his parents are buried in zosle/zaislaiu.
I know what happened to him after he left russia/lithuania,
and also what port of departure did he leave from to go first of all to the uk before travelling on to the U.S
