You don't say what part of the world Luisa Stowers came from,so I'm guessing you don't know.
Here in N.Z. the name Stowers can be located in North Auckland,Auckland,and in the Western town of Tokaroa.

Luisa Stowers is from Samoa originally from the village of Pu'apu'a in Savaii.

Hi Malia,

There is a Luisa Stowers that I know of, born about 1890 in Taufusi, Upolu, Samoa. She was married to Herman Thomsen Jr born 1887 in Upolu.

Is this the Luisa you are referring to? Cause I can give you more infos.
