hello epperson - most birth records in any country cannot be researched from the date they were born for 100 years - marriages - 80 years - deaths 50 years . this means most records arn't available to anyone in general . Why not try for a birth certificate being a parent in Santanio . worth a try . I really wish i could assist you and I am sorry i can't . kind regards -edmondsallan
