William L. Waters was b. 1835 GA and d.1863 in the Civil War in Vicksburg, MS. He married Jane H. Moore b. 1836 SC. They were married 1858 in Caroll, Co. GA. They had three children. John Robert Waters b.24 SEP 1855 Coweta, Co. GA., Sarah E. Waters b. 1858 Caroll, Co. GA. and Margaret Liza Waters b. 1861 Caroll County, GA.

I found a James Waters born 1790 in South Carolina but, this one died in 1829. Here is what I found on William and Jane. Look at the submitter name and address, contact this person and it is likely you are related. Find out the info you need. O.k.
