It absolutely appears to be except that I have the marriage of Walter and
Ann as being 21 November 1903. Every other detail matches my information. So I guess it's a big yes!!

This looks like Walter's christening. If it is the correct Walter it would suggest one of 2 things. Ann had been previously married ( maiden name ASPINALL) 1911 as head of house John Lyon
who is Walter's father-in -law or Ann's mother had been previously married or single when she had Ann

there is no census that I can find with daughter Ann, possible that Alice married Aspinall before 1881 Census.

there is a marriage in 1876 Bolton for a Thomas Aspinall and an Alice Lyon but unsure if married each other.
