Wanting to do the Whakapapa (Family Tree) for my children. Geoff was their Grandfather. Geoffrey died on the 21st June 1994 and is buried at Kaponga Cemetery. The latest bit of information that I have received is that he was given to the Mackintosh family by a Henry Nuku when Geoff was about 10 years old. At that time the Mackintosh Family was living in Matau, Taranaki. I do remember seeing an oldish lady with a younger lady at Geoffs tangi (funeral) later to be told that that was in fact Geoffs birth Mother and Sister - if we had known then we could have made contact.

said at the time My dad, Geoff - born 17 September 1954, was adopted by the Mackintosh family. He was originally a LEWIS (mother Lewis, father Nuku)
