Hi, I'm Herbert Gough's eldest grandchild, Kevin - he apparantly sailed to Wellington from Melbourne with his Mum and elder sister Alma in the late 1890's when an infant. He had 2 sons (Brian & Ross - both deceased) & 2 daughters (Jennifer & Margaret - both alive). He outlived two wifes and died in 1992 at age 95. Don't know anything about his father, who may not apparently have been married.
