Journal by moresmall

Has anyone connections to Noble's from Broadsea, Fraserburgh.

I am descended from Gilbert Noble b 1767, who married Ann Crawford.

His son was Walter Noble b 1794, who married Margaret Noble 1802-1850
Then is Alexander Noble 1833-1915 & Betsy Crawford 1837-1885
Then another Alexander Noble 1858-1924 & Elizabeth Noble 1860-1918
My grandfather Wilson Noble 1881-1956 & Rachael Grant Cardno 1879-1858

And lastly my parents Wilson Noble & Jessie Ritchie May.

If any of these names are in your tree, would love to hear from you.

Hello there,

I am also descended from Gilbert Noble and Ann Crawford...not from their son Walter on your chart, but from another son, Alexander (born about 1800...died 1888 age 88. Alexander married Margaret (maiden surname also Noble). Their daughter Sophia b. about 1832 died 1910 was my 3 greats grandmother. I am in contact with other people who are descended from Sophia.

Sophia's husband was William Duthie from Inverallochy. He died in 1860 but there is no trace of his death in Scotland. Would love to find out what happened to him.
