Plato Foreman is my grandfather. Plato is the short version of his bith name. Whatever that is. Later, he changed his name to William. He was born in Lousiana or Texas, year unknown. There were stories that said he was born in Galveston/Houston Texas. He moved to Washington DC in his late teens or early/mid twenties and married my grandmother of Calvert County, MD.
