TONKIN Richard married Honour GUY 1793
My 4th great grandparents were Richard TONKIN & Honour GUY. They were married on the 26 October 1793 in St Levan, Cornwall. Three of their sons came out to South Australia in the 1840s and took up farming in the Adelaide district.

James TONKIN (my 3rd great grandfather) and Nancy (aka Anne) HUTCHENS (sister of Enoch's wife Betsy). Married 27 October 1827, St Buryan, Cornwall. They arrived at Port Adelaide, South Australia, on the Cressy in 1847 with their five children. During the voyage they also lost their young daughter, Elizabeth Jane, who was just a babe in arms.
