I am not sure about the Birth date - this could be them -if not throw it in the can -
Wesley Russell - b- 22nd may 1865 - New York - US- d- 21st july 1928
Father - Wesley Russell
Mother - Mary Elizabeth Parks ( ????? )--> not sure ? could be correct
