... We hear that Mr S. Richfield has purchased from Mr S. Curry his property on the sea side of Duvauchelle's road, on which the house formerly occupied by the Rev Jas. Stack, and latterly by Mr Combes, stands. The area is 80 acres and the price obtained £25 per acre (2012 equivalent of $4,410)
