Searching for Ancestors of the Bath Family in South Africa ... UPDATE!

Query by Leep

I have managed to find information regarding my Grandparents on my mother's side of the family. His name was Alfred Edward Bath and he married Annie Christina van Wyk. He passed away in October 1946 but I have not been able to find anything relating to Annie or what may have happened to her. Any information which you may have would really be appreciated. I would also like to know how I can obtain the following:

(a) Copy of his birth certificate - he was 58 at the time of his death so birth was around 1887/8.
(b) His parents - I do not have any information in this regard.

The children they had were as follows:

William Charlier Bath (Major)
Alfred Edward Bath (Major)
Gerald Ernest Bath (Major)
Elsie Burton (born Bath) - my mother - she married Allan Burton and then later in 1955, my father Cornelius Hendrik Beyers Fourie Pretorius
Florence Mary Ann Bath - I remember she passed away with cancer in Durban
Elviener Georgina Louisa Bath
Annie Christina Bath - she married Clement Fernandis Menezies on the 19th June 1954. They were living in Springs and I can recall them also living in Kenilworth, Johannesburg.
Mavis Sophia Bath - I remember she married Philip (do not know the surname)but either he died or they got divorced. She has since remarried.
Marie Ivy Bath - Her married name is Khoury and they were, at one time, living in Germiston.

The family lived in 170 Sheffield Street, Kenilworth, Johannesburg at the time of Alfred's death. All I have on his birthplace and Nationality is that it was Devon, Natal and that he was British.
