I am researching Thomas R. Nickoson, born in Allegheny Co (Now Butler Co) on about 26 July 1789, died 5 Nov 1866 in Carthage, Athens Co, OH. I am searching for his parents. He married Margrett Elizabeth Patterson, born 9 Nov 1791 in Pittsburgh, died 11 April 1877 in Carthage, Athens Co, OH. I am also searching for her parents. Their first child, John W Nickoson, was born about 1818, in Pennsylvania, presumed Allegheny County. By the 1820's they had moved to Athens County. OH.
