Samuel George Gregg's parents are George Gregg and Sarah Ann Crawford. George Gregg was born 1836 in Dereham, Ontario to John (Samuel I think) Gregg and Ellen Hudson who both were born about 1811 in Sligo county Ireland. Not confirmed yet but I believe John's father is Hugh Gregg of Sligo.

I don't know about the army pay pacet reward, but the adjoining farm to John & Ellen Gregg's was that of Henry Hudson who would be Ellen's father.

John Gregg, Summerland, BC
