Dr William Anderson fits the time frame. We only know that he was medical officer at Wairau Hospital, Blenheim, from 1900 – 1904. We have no Christian name.

There is a Dr William John Anderson around Christchurch at the same time. We researching Dr R W Anderson.

but this is not the Dr you are looking for as Dr Richard was only in Christchurch (lived 380 Colombo St., Sydenham). Dr William Anderson (as per my first message) was the doctor in Blenheim

Thanks. He was probably an important witness to events that occurred in Blenheim/Wairau Hospital during the period 1895 - 1906. He may have left some diaries or other documents. A long shot.
