With the information provided there are two William Mills listed on familysearch.org site. May be one othese these is your William Mills.

Thank you for your interest and effort on my behalf. Looking at the two William Mills the latter seems the more likely particularly if he had siblings, possibly named George?? Mary Ann?? John?? David?? and Elizabeth??
