Sorry, I'm new to this site. I thought my question would be "tied" to the summary I supplied in the journal section. My apologies.

You are correct though. The Spreadbury lineage IS very open! The following is just a piece of what I have already.

GEORGE5 SPREADBURY was born on 05 May 1811 in Milston, Wiltshire, England. He died on 23 Aug 1893 in Groveton, Coos, New
Hampshire, USA. He married (1st wife) ANN SHERGOLD on 11 Oct 1834 in Milston, Wiltshire, England. She was born about 1817 in England. She died after 1850. He married (2nd wife) MARY YOUNG about 1855 in New Hampshire, USA. She was born in 1821 in New Hampshire, USA.

George & Ann had 7 children one of which was Nellie Tryphenia Spreadbury. She was born in May 1842 in New Hampshire, USA. She died after 1910. She married Oliver H. Stark (son of Jeduthan F. Stark and Sarah Marshall) about 1859. He was born in 1826 in NH. He died on 13 Jan 1865 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia Co., PA.

What I'm trying to assert is information about Ann Shergold & Nellie Tryphenia Spreadbury. I have Ann as Shergold or Sherwood. I can find nothing on her after the 1850 census. Since George married Mary Young in 1855, it's presumed that Ann died sometime between 1850-1855. But where or exactly when is not known. I would like to know that information plus confirm her maiden name.

As for Nellie Tryphenia. Am searching for her place & time of death.

I recently visited the gravesite of George and Ann Spreadbury. Ann died in 1853 according to her headstone, presumably in Groveton or Stark. And the maiden name was also on the headstone, although it was difficult to make out; but I believe that it said Shergold.
