I found this death which looks like William Ward who Married Lillian Hawke. The problem is his parents are shown as William R Ward and Edith Stillwell, on the marriage cert it states Birth Place: Cobourg, Ontario

Just looked on the original marriage cert for William and Lillian and there has been a transcript error the name of the mother should be Winnifrith Stevens.
