Timaru School Committee


SIR, - We, the undersigned householders of the Educational District of Timaru, feeling aggrieved at the decision of the School Committee "to enlarge the present school," in preference to accepting the recommendation of the Board of Education to erect a good school on a central site, so as to meet all the requirements of the town, request that you will take measures to ascertain the wishes of the inhabitants on the matter, by calling a public meeting or otherwise, as you may think fit.
