Tilly/ Smith Tilly
I am searching for my grandfathers ancestors, back in 1800 John Mills Tilly married Elizabeth Smith which began the surname Smith Tilly they had 7 children an came to australia from England in 1881/82 on the 'Orantes'
His eldest son William married Isabel and one of their sons is my grandfather.
I would appreciate any other information

The Smith was dropped in 1940's however there is a line of Smith-Tilly that i am finding
to trace. Any assistance would be appreciated.
