Bblew on Family Tree Circles

I am trying to trace my family back to our origins in Europe. I have good documentation back to a Richard Blew born about 1770 in in Hampshire county VA (now WV). I can't seem to find any documentation of his birth or his parents. About the same time there were people living in the same county with the last name Blue. Not sure if someone changed the spelling or if it is another family altogether. Some possible ancestors may have been from New Jersey, but I have not found any record of a move from NJ to WV. Just wondering if anyone has info on Richard Blew and his ancestors.
