I am looking for anything on Edward FLETCHER b 1811 England to Michael FLETCHER mother unknown. Edward married 28 Mar 1838 Holy Trinity, Kingston Upon Hull,Yorkshire, England, to Hannah E RICHARDSON b 1810 England to Robert RICHARDSON mother unknown. 1841 census Edward, Hannah and son Michael lived in Sculcoates, Yorkshire, England. By 1844 Edward and family lived in Ontario, Canada. Would like to know who Edward and wife Hannah's mothers are. What become of Edward's and Hannah's parents? Did Edward, wife and sons go to Canada alone or did other relatives go along? They ended up in the United States so why would the go to Ontario, Canada first rather then directly to the United States?

I am researching the George MARTIN family line. George MARTIN is said to have been b 18 Nov 1774 d 28 Mar 1857. Maybe in Vermont? His wife Polly Antoinette PATCHIN b 16 Feb 1788 d 13 Dec 1870. I know of 1 dau Dorothea E MARTIN b 14 Nov 1808 Vermont d 16 Sep 1883 Kent County, Michigan. Dorothea married Charles D BROWN b 1802 Vermont m Vermont. They had a son b 1831 Vermont. Then the first of several children born in Ohio 1839. On the 1850 census they lived in Cuyahoga Co, Ohio. 1860 in Kent Co, Michigan.

Mrried to Elizabeth STOW b 1825 Ohio. 1860 census has Jacob living in Williams County, Ohio. 1870 living in Eaton County, Michigan.I am trying to find parents of Jacob and Elizabeth. Jacob and Elizabeth had 12 children, Harriet b1846, Julia b1851, John W b1852, William M b1853, Harrison b1856, Joseph b1858, Adelia b1860, Jacob Jr b1862, Alice b1863, Ettie b1866, Minnie b1872.

I am search for info on Norman Edward FLETCHER. He married Nellie CURLEY in 1903 Cleveland, Ohio. They divorced and in 1912 Nellie married Harry BELL. Harry and Nellie had 2 children Jack Harry and Eileene BELL. Nellie died in 1925 Cleveland, Ohio. In 1914 Norman married Vera SCHRAM in LUCAS County, Ohio. In 1920 Norman was in the military in ElPaso and listed as single. Have not been able to find what become of wife Vera or if Norman and Vera had any children. In 1949 Norman died in Erie County, Ohio.

John's father Edward d 1888 in Cleveland, Ohio and buried in Monroe Cemetery, Cleveland, Ohio. John's mother Hannah d. 1872 in Cleveland, Ohio. Do not know if she is buried in Monroe Cemetery? John had a brother Robert Louis who died in Cuyahoga County and buried in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in that county. Robert m. 1871 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio to Jane GRAHAM. Brother George W m. 1871 Cuyahoga County, Ohio to Laura Rose CRUMB and died after 1900. Brother Edward B. 1851 Canada, in 1870 lived in Cleveland, Ohio. Sister Anna b. 1867 Ohio. It looks like after arriving in Cuyahoga County around 1862, Edward and his children all stayed in the Cleveland area. I found Edward and family in 1861 living in Belleville, Hastings, Ontario, Canada.

Several of the children lived in Michigan. Daughter Tryphene Bolton REED b. 1836 Ohio, married Harvey BROWN. They lived and died in Michigan.

I am looking for any info on Mary SMITH. Mary was born abt 1888 in Midland, Michigan. In abt 1900 she married a ___ DERBY. Family history says that he died while working at the chemical factory in the Midland area. In 1903 Mary married Garfield VANEPPS, in Midland, Michigan. Mary went on to have 2 more marriages before she died in Jackson, Michigan. As far as I know her only children came from her marriage to Garfield VANEPPS. I am interested in who Mary's parents were and about 1st husband DERBY was.
