John Bowers head age 54 basketmaker born Guernsey Channel Islands,Mary Bowers (possibly nee' James)wife age 55? born Newbury Berkshire, William Bowers son age 19 basketmaker born Ash Surrey, Tryfenney Bowers daughter age 14? born Godliman (sic) Surrey.
William Bowers was my great grandfather via his daughter Tryphena my grandmother and her son Walker Robinson Green who was my Dad. Any information on the Bowers family prior to the 1851 cencus would be very gratefully recieved.
