My genealogy research involves the following families:
1. Jones,this family came to New Zealand in 1840 and settled in Wanganui
2. Hussey, these two brothers fought in the Crimean war and came to New Zealand with the 57th Regiment of Foot in 1861 and fought in the New Zealand Land Wars against the Maori,mainly in Taranaki and East Coast of NZ.
3. Peachy Family who came to Wanganui around 1873/74
4. Forward Family who came to New Zealand in 1863, they landed in Lyttleton in the South Island of New Zealand.
