The information I have gathered is based on original BDM certificates, Cenus from Ancestry.com, contacts through genes reunited, & family members.

Henry Calladine is my great Grandfather, he was born in 1865 the eldest son of William Calladine born 1839 and Elizabeth nee Sharley born 1845. Henry had six siblings, Sarah 1867,Walter 1869,William 1876,George 1875, Earnest 1879, Frank,1882 and Sydney 1886. I have had contact with relatives of Sarah, and Sydney.

Henry calladine originally a coal miner in Heanor derbyshire moved to Nottingham Mapperly,however I do not know exactly when. He later bcame a coal merchant /journeyman.

Henry Married Mary Ann Hallam born 1866, and I have found that Mary's Grandfather Thomas Hallam 1821 lived on the same street as Henry's Grandfather David calladine 1816 in Woodend Heanor.

Henry and Mary had Seven Children The Eldest Ada bn 1888, (Iam in contact with her grd chldren),Elizabeth 1890, lotty 1894, Nelly 1899, (I am still in touch with her Daughter and grand daughter). Frank 1901, and then Henry and William, twin boys born 1908. William known better as Bill is my grandfather died 1955. All of the girls born to Henry & Mary had Hallam as their second name.

Through the census records I have traced back to my ggg grand father
David Calladine born 1816 to 1893. He married Elizabeth Butler bn 1818, died 1894. David and Elizabeth had 6 children William born 1839, a coal miner who later moved to Chesterfield and ran the Durrant arms in his sixties.(information from contact on genesreunited.com) His siblings were Eliza 1848, Agnes 1851,Walter 1853, George,1855, and Mary 1858.William is my gg grandfather.

William 1839 married Elizabeth Sharley born 1845 from heanor died 1909. They married on the 5th Dec 1862 and had eight children as previously mentioned Henry my grt grandfather being the eldest.

Due to the hard work of others a big thanks to them, I have managed to find out that my ggggrand father was also a david born 1770, married to Ann Hough 3rd Dec 1794, born 1771 died 4/08/1838.

My ggggg a Thomas Calladine born 1743. and his father was also Thomas Calladine born 1720/22?
