Looking for information on the Kobelki family that migrated from Prussia to Australia in the 1850s.

Charlotte Emmina Louisa Kobelke migrated to Australia in the mid 1800s.
she married George Ellis in 1857.
Charlotte and George had 10 children.
She died in 1879.
We would like to know about the Kobelki family in Prussia and why they decided to move to Australia.
