Help please!!! I have a 3greatgrandpa that according to the 1850 census was born in Maryland c1778 the thing is I can't find his Dad/Grandpa if you have a John Cook in your family tree that was born in 1778 Maryland please let me know Thanks

My father was born in Indiana I believe in Winchester would like family or friend to go to the record section in the courthouse and verify that lloyd junior cook was born feb 21 1927! I know that my family came from Randolph county and lived in Jay Thanks for your help
