I am desperately looking for info on his grandparents. Father was William Steel b.1803 Liverpool d. 25/12/1873 Ivy Leigh, West Derby, ENG. Mother was Mary Oliver Rimmer b.1805 Liverpool d.29/1/1841 Little Woolton, Prescott, ENG.
