To help another

The theory is, is that the longer you are a family history researcher or a genealogist then the more about the subject in general you know!
In my case this is certainly true, i devour books about family history, local history and now social history.... You cannot really do this properly without the background knowledge to guide you through the differences in how our ancestors lived.
My website at http://leicestershireancestors.weebly.com/ is a collection of pictures, articles, weblinks regarding Leicestershire and Rutland to help point you in the right direction....to help you get a feel for whatever aspect of your ancestors you are researching.
It is ironic that the line that i have had the most problem with is my own but you never know who will read your words and make that connection for you!
