William Sheffield PAUL married Maria Smith in Sept 1899, Lambeth, England.

He passed away in 1902 Kent, England.

Somewhere along the line he had at least two children Maria Kathleen PAUL and Peter Paul b.1873 aprox.

I am a descendant of Peter Paul. There seems to be no record of Peter Paul anywhere. He went on to marry Eliza Schauff on 08.09.1900 supposedly in Bruckhausen, Germany. They migrated to Australia in 1909 on the SS Perthsire and arrived in Brisbane.

According to family records William Paul was "estimated" to be born around 1835. I'm not sure if it was common to get married so late in life to the mother of your children or whether the marriage to Maria Smith may have been a second marriage and that is why I can't find any information. Or I could be barking up the wrong tree all together.

If anyone might think they may have any information whether it be connected to my tree or just some information that may help me shed some light I'd be extremely gratefull.
