Lochfoot on Family Tree Circles

My Wilson family tree at present begins with William Wilson, Born 1773 somewhere in Kirkcudbrightshire, Died 1841 in Lochfoot, Lochrutton Parish, where he was blacksmith between about 1793 and 1835. His wife was Mary Martin, born 1758, again in the same county. She died within months of William.
Richardson also is a family name.
