Docie/Docia Owens- Jordon/Jordan

I am looking for information, regarding my late great aunt. Her name was, Docie Owens. She was born in Indiana on July of 1881. She was the daughter of, Adam and Julia Ann Fleener- Owens also of Indiana. Docie later married a Tommy Jordon.

I suppose that, his first name may have been Thomas. His last name, could have also been spelled Jordan. Any further information, would be appreciated.

Lillie/Lilly Key- Suddarth

I am looking for information, regarding a Mrs. Lillie/Lilly Key- Suddarth. From what I've found, she married a Luican Suddarth of Tennessee. Evidently, Lucian was born, in the early 1900's. However, I have no date of birth

I did find that, he may have been born in Tennessee. Considering that, most of his siblings wer born there. The birth date that I have, that may fit Lillie Key- Suddarth is, July 10, 1913. She passed away, on September 12, 1999.

Her last residence, was in Sumner County, Gallatin, Tennessee. Furthermore, if the Lucian Suddarth that I found is correct, he was a Worl War One Vet. I did find that, Lucian died in Davidson County, Tennessee, on June 26th.

Although, I have yet to find, a year of death. My Uncle tells me that, both he and Lilly may be buried, in a family plot, on private property. Any further information, would be greatly appreciated.

Fannie May Suddarth- Smallwood

I am looking for information, regarding a Mrs. Fannie Suddarth- Smallwood. Fannie, was born January 30, 1905 in Tennessee. She married a Mr. William J. "Bill" Smallwood, in Sumner County, Tennessee in about 1923. Fannie, was only about 18 or 19 years old, at the time. Her husband Bill, was born in 1864, in Tennessee as well.

I have been unable to find either Bill or Fannie's parents' names. However, I was able to find, the names of her siblings. They are as follows. Louisa Suddarth- Steinberger- Lambert, Emma Suddarth- Zorn. Ham Suddarth, Awk/Auk Suddarth, Lucien Suddarth, Polk B. Suddarth, and Gally Suddarth.

I did find Polk's birth and death date. However, I have been unable to find, any further information, regarding Ham or Awk. I assume that, these are nick names. Thus, leading me not, to be able to, find their information.

I just found that, both her brother Polk and Gally, are buried in Crown Cemetery, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Lastly, I did find that, Fannie, was Bill's second wife. Fannie and Bill's children, were actually his second set of children.

However, I do not know, his first wife's name. Although, I do know that, Bill did have a daughter named Lilly Smallwood, from his first marriage. Any further information, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Gally Suddarth

I am looking for information, regarding a Mr. Gally Suddarth. I assume that, Gally was only a nick name. I have been unable to find, the names of his parents. However, I do have the names of his siblings. Their names are as follows.

Louisa Suddarth- Steinberger- Lambert. Emma Suddarth- Zorn, Ham Suddarth, Awk/Auk Suddarth, Lucien/Lucian Suddarth, and Polk B. Suddarth. I also found that, both Gally and Polk, are both buried in New Crown Cemetrey, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Any further information regarding Gally or his family, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Lucian Suddarth

I am looking for information, regarding a Mr. Lucian Suddarth. I assume that, he was born in Kentucky or Tennessee. Whereas, his sister Fannie May Suddarth- Smallwood, was born in Kentucky. Lucian, had many siblings. Their names are as follows.

Fannie May Suddarth- Smallwood, Polk B. Suddarth (male), Ham Suddarth (male), Auk/Awk Suddarth (male), Emma Suddarth- Zorn (female), Gally Suddarth (male), and Louisa Suddarth- Steinberger- Lambert. I have been unable, to find their parents' names.

I did find that, he may have married a woman, by the name of Lillie/Lilly Key. They were married in, Sumner County, Tennessee. I have a dirth date for Lillie of July 10, 1913. Her death date is September 12, 1999. Place of death, was in Sumer County, Galitan, Tennessee.

Please help me make, the right connection to these two idividuals. Anyfurther information, would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Lilly Smallwood- McDougal

I am looking for information, regarding a Mrs. Lilly Smallwood- McDougal. She was the daughter of, a Mr. Willaim Jackson "Bill" and Maggie Caruthers- Smallwood. Lilliy, was born February 1, 1883, and died on September 10, 1966.

I do know that, her father Bill, was born somewhere in Georgia, on October 6, 1863. Furthermore, that Bill died in about 1936, in Sumner County, Tennessee. I also know that, she had several siblings. Their names, are as follows, including Lilly.

2. William Marion Smallwood~ 1885
3. Lula E. Smallwood- Cron~ 1888
4. Beulah Smallwood- McCullough~ 1892
5. John Trousdale Smallwood~ 1894

7. Robert B. Smallwood~ 1900

If I am correct, I also found that, Lilly married a David Hopkins McDougal. David was born on June 1, 1880, and passed away on January 27, 1934. I also found several names, associated with this couple. I assume that, these are their children. Their names are as follows.

2. Claud H. McDougal
3. Floyd Wesley McDOugal
4. Johnie D. McDougal

Polk B. Suddarth

I am looking for information, regarding a Mr. Polk B. Suddarth. He was the brother of, the late Fannie M. Suddarth- Smallwood. Furthermore, he was the Uncle of, my late Aunt Ruby R. Smallwood- Fleener.

I have found that, Polk was born in Tennessee on August 19, 1914. He passed away, in April 24, 1995, in Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana. I have also found, the names of many of his siblings. Most of which, are probably mispelled, and are nick names at that.

Their names are as follows: Louisa Suddarth- Steinberger- Lambert, Emmea Suddarth- Zorn (female), Ham Suddarth (male), Awk Suddarth (male), Lucian/Lucien Suddarth (male), Gally Suddarth (male), and Fannie M. Suddarth- Smallwood.

I did find that, Polk is buried in New Crown Cemetery, in Indianapolis, Indiana. His brother Gally, was supposedly buried there as well. However, according to, New Corwn Cemetery, no other Suddarths, with that last name are buried there.

At the very least, I would like to find the names of their parents. It would be so very helpful. Thank you in advance. Beth

William J. Smallwood

I am looking for information, regarding a Mr. William Jackson "Bill" Smallwood. He was born, on October 6, 1863, somewhere in Georgia. Bill, was the son of, William and Mary Caldwell- Smallwood. I do know that, Bill was married twice.

His first wife, was named Maggie Caruthers. Together, they had seven children. Their names are as follows. Lilia/Lillie Smallwood- McDougal, William Marion Smallwood, Lula E. Smallwood- Cron, Beulah Smallwood- McCullough, Jphn Trousdale Smallwood, Charlie/Charles Smallwood, and Robert B. Smallwood.

He later married, a Ms. Fannie May/Mae/Mai Suddarth. There may be, a different spelling of, her first and middle name. Fannie, was born in 1904 in Kentucky. I do know that, Fannie passed away in 1997, in Tennessee.

I have been unable to find, the names of Fannie's parents. I do know that, Fannie and Bill, were married in Sumer County, Tennessee. I have been unable to find, no date for when they were married.

Together, Bill and Fannie had three daughters. Their daughters names were, Ruby R., Mary J. and Nelly R. Smallwood. All of which, were born in Sumer County, Gallatin, Tennessee. Any information, regarding either Bill or Fannie, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Mary Polly Barrow- Stephens

I am looking for information, regarding a Mrs. Mary Polly Barrow- Stephens. She was the wife of, James Joshua Stephens Sr. I have been unable to find, where either were born. I do know that, both she and her husband, relocated to Warrick County, Indiana.

Although, I have no idea, from where they came. I do know that, after relocating to Warrick County, Indiana that both she and James had eleven children. They had both sons and daughters. As of late, I have found only three childrens names.

The childrens names, are as follows: Joshua James Stephens III, Asa Monroe Stephens, and Nancy Jane Stephens- Fleener. Nancy, was the wife of James Williby Fleener, of Warrick County, Indiana. Furthermore, many in this family, were buries in Lynnville Cemetery, in Warrick County, Indiana.

James Joshua Stephens Jr.

I am looking for information, regarding, a Mr. James Joshua Stephens Jr. He was the son of, James Joshua and Mary Polly Barrow- Stephens Sr. Both of which relocated to Warrick County, Indiana. James Jr., had ten other siblings. All were born, in Warrick County, Indiana.

James Jr. was married twice. I have been unable, to find the name of, his first wife. I do know that, his second wife's name, was Talitha Sarah Ann Ezell. I have found that, he had three children. Their names were, James Joshua Stepehns III, John Stephens, and possibly Asa Monroe Stephens.

Furthermore, most of this family, is buried in Lynnville Cemetery, in Warrick County, Indiana. Any further information, would be appreciated. Thank you,
